Who we are

Opened in May 2000, Sector Recruitment Ltd was the brainchild of its two Directors, Jacqui and Mike Maguire.

Having had a phenomenal growth pattern since its inception, and with the business diversification from a traditional industrial agency into the multi faceted company that it now is,  Sector Recruitment Ltd became Sector Resources Ltd, an umbrella company, allowing natural growth of conceptual business to merge and develop in line with the more traditional core business areas.

Trading on a policy of honesty and openness, the business has an enviable position in the regional marketplace, claiming many Blue Chip companies within its vast client base.

Traditional values such as valuing staff, reasonable working hours and competitive pay structures were instigated right from the start, allowing Sector to attract only the highest quality Managers and Consultants to work within the team.

More and more often, Sector are being asked to perform a total management facility for our clients, which includes negotiating and supplying staff via a network of other agencies into our clients, further confirming our ability to “Think outside the box” to get the job done.
